We are looking for a sharp, dependable, and self-motivated individual who is excited about spending their day driving to scheduled appointments and interacting with customers. You will use your skill-set to treat and protect our customer's homes and property from unwanted pests.
- Prior experience & licensing preferred but not required
- Will be provided with a company truck
Responsibilities include:
Running a daily route where you will be resolving customer pest concerns and issues
Maintaining truck and equipment in proper working order
Keeping accurate records of treatments provided
Collecting payments for services rendered
Mixing, applying, and working with pesticides in accordance with State and Federal laws
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED (Associate’s or four-year college degree a plus)
Valid motor vehicle operator's license with no tickets or major offenses per company driving policy.
Prior pest management or other route management experience servicing, selling and/or supplying commercial/industrial clients a plus.
Knowledge of pests, rodents, and other vermin biology and habits, a plus.
Knowledge of pest control products, services, and treatments, a plus.
Knowledge of pest control regulations, and safety procedures, a plus.
Skill in communication technologies such as handheld devices, e-mail, web.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and analyze pest pressures.
Must be able to plan and prioritize work.
Strong ability to maximize the efficient use of materials, equipment, vehicles, and adhere to assigned schedule.
