Laborer Duties and Responsibilities: 1) Perform a variety of jobs involving strenuous manual labor. 2) Cleaning construction sites/ dump runs. 3) Maintain a clean job site, requiring picking up all tools, equipment while securing job site each day to ensure safety and any theft that may occur. 4) Loading and unloading trucks along with hauling and picking up materials. 5) Other assigned tasks per supervisor. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 1) Some knowledge of proper use of equipment, materials and supplies used in new home construction. 2) Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule. 3) Ability to lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods of time while performing strenuous physical labor. 4) Ability to understand, follow and execute written and oral instructions. 5) Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency.
