Join us at the park for sunrise fitness yoga!
This will be a power yoga fitness class. We will focus on building heat using body weight, strength, endurance and cardio exercises with classic yoga stretches in between to rest.
A mobility warm up to start and breath work including Wim Hoff and Kapalbhati (fire breath) will leave you feeling energized with endorphins. We will practice nasal breathing throughout.
Class is 1 hr, plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early. Bring water and dress in layers. No mat required. This is a mostly standing class with a plank series. No experience needed to participate, there will be plenty of variations offered based on your fitness/mobility level. Always listen to your body!
As an accessible yoga ambassador I believe yoga should be accessible to all regardless of ability or income. This class is offered on a sliding scale with no one turned away due to inability to pay - just show up! I can’t wait to share the practice with you!
