Join us for the 12th Annual Great Saw Mill River Cleanup! The rain date for this event is TBD Join us for the 12th Annual Great Saw Mill River Cleanup! The rain date for this event is TBD Directions: This site is located around exit 30 on the Saw Mill River Parkway (Grant Street) in Pleasantville, NY. Parking is available on Depew St. When you arrive at exit 30, turn east on Grant St. and then immediately turn left onto Depew St. 150 ft up Depew St you will see the parking lot on the left. Bus Directions: Site supervisor: TBD Site Activities and Instructions: Volunteers will participate in a garbage clean up along the shoreline of the Saw Mill River, and invasive vine removal under supervision, in our efforts to save trees along the Saw Mill River Wear sturdy shoes (no flip-flops), wear long pants and long sleeves (to protect from ticks and poison ivy), bring gloves if you have them, bug spray, and water. We'll have equipment, trash bags, and limited supply of gloves.
