Mint House is looking for a Housekeeper who will be responsible for inspecting designated guest rooms and ensuring quality standards are upheld consistently. As a Housekeeper, you are a key player to outstanding guest service every day! What You’ll Do: - Responsible for cleaning and servicing assigned rooms or areas according to Mint House standards and procedures, including: making beds, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, removal of trash, cleaning kitchens, refrigerators, microwaves and running dishes, glasses and flatware through dishwasher - Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate - Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards - Report, turn in, and log all lost and found items according to established procedures - Monitor and control supplies and amenities, and minimize waste within all areas of housekeeping - Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies - Notify superiors on any damages, deficits and disturbances - Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience Role Requirements: - 1+ year(s) of related experience or any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the above skills, knowledge, or abilities. - Flexibility to work multiple shifts and assist with staffing coverage in the instance of call-outs. - Holidays & weekends required. - Must be able to multitask, must be well organized and have significant attention to detail. - Able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance. - Able to stand or walk for an extended period of time.
