Low Voltage cabling: apprentice work

AW Technology is offering temporary work in the low voltage electrical cabling industry for 3 to 6 months We are a low voltage cabling contractor installing ethernet, fiber and coax cabling for commercial customers. We are currently starting a project in Coon Rapids where we need some additional help for our lead wiring tech. The work is physical as it involves pulling wire from one point in a building to another in the space above the ceiling tiles, but it doesn't involve a lot of heavy lifting. The work requires using a lift and a lot of the work would be overhead, so the person would need to be physically fit and comfortable working on a lift. We can train for any specific needs like learning how to terminate data jacks on the ends of the cables and connecting ceiling speakers. * Willing to Train * Low voltage or IT installation experience a plus * Wage will be based on experience * Ability to lift up to 75lbs. * Must have a good driving record and pass a background check The upcoming project is expected to last 3 to potentially 6 months and there could be additional work after that depending on new projects.
