Pay: $12.00 per hour Must take job seriously, punctual. MUST pass background check. No felony, no Sex offenders. Apartment Built in 2011. You will manage all aspect of apartment Maintenance including plumbing, light electrical, HVAC ( we have our own equipment ), sheetrock patch and paint, make ready. Approx 16-24 hours a week. Must be able to lift upto 40 Lbs. We offer equal opportunity for all members.
