We are a high-end treehouse construction company looking for employees to join our team and eventually commit to full-time leadership positions. We have several positions to be filled in the next several months. Rates average between $35-$75 an hour depending on experience and comptency: Workshop Construction Lead - responsible for running our production warehouse in West Oakland. Responsibilities range from material acquisition, carpentry construction, load out, shop organization and team management. We have up to two treehouse structures in prefabrication in our facility at a time. Must be able to keep track of progress and keep projects on track, from design to loading out the door. General carpentry experience is a minimum, project management and experience with alternative fabrication and weird construction methods preferred. Attached are pictures of past projects Metal Fabrication Lead - responsible for keeping continuous metal fabrication processes running. Works with designers to acquire proper materials, fabricates custom bracketry, railing, etc. Attached are pictures of past projects Rigger/Treehouse Installation Lead - We are developing a prefabricated treehouse unit that will be reproduced at scale. It can be mounted with stilts or suspended by wire rope from trees. We are looking for a rigger who can eventually lead teams across the US in their construction and installation. We will be building the first prototype structures this spring/summer, in which you can work under an experienced professional and train to become a crew leader.
