* Job Position: • Water feature/Pool Service Technician * Who Are We: We are a water feature designer and contractor firm. We design, build, and maintain water features for commercial corporate such as Google, Facebook, Apple, etc. in the Bay Area. Please visit our website for more info about us at www.pacificwaterart.com * Job Description: • Servicing residential & commercial water features, ponds, and lakes • Test water chemistry - Chlorine, pH Balance, Total Alkalinity, Cyanuric Acid, Calcium Hardness and Phosphate levels. • Add chemicals as necessary to balance the water chemistry. • Inspect all equipment to ensure that all is in working order. • Cleaning of filters and leaf skimming. • Some mechanical skills required. Prior experience is good, we also will provide training. • Responsible for wearing the required company uniform and ensuring a professional appearance and attitude for clients and all maintenance staff on-site. • Responsible for courteous, efficient response at all times to clients, including answering client questions regarding their weekly service. • Responsible for reporting into his/her service manager on a regular basis.. • Clean DMV record and valid CA driver's license. • No criminal record. • Good English speaking skills and ability to communicate with customers. • Strong work ethic and ability to work without supervision. • Company provides truck, tools and chemicals necessary to service pools/fountains. • Interact with customers providing service, recommendations and general guidance. • Maintain a high standards in customer service and professional and ethical conduct. • Complying with all safety procedures, including safe working and driving habits. • Compensation: Kaiser Medical Insurance offered to full-time employees. 401K plan, vacation paid & opportunity for bonuses.
