Schedule Times: Sunday (8am – 8pm) M-F 5:00 PM to 12:30am Position Overview- 4 Core Clean, LLC is currently seeking to fill the position of Floor Care Technician servicing East Bay Locations ( Antioch, Pittsburg, Benicia, Vallejo, Walnut Creek, Lafayette, Concord, Pleasant Hill) The Floor Care Technician is responsible for supporting operations with janitorial functions to ensure the successful and timely completion of cleaning buildings; and to maintain an attractive, sanitary, and safe environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate cleanliness with a focus on detail. General Responsibilities •Clean assigned locations per protocol • Heavy physical exertion: To lift, bend, stoop and/or move 40-50 pounds • Cleaning and maintenance of carpets and floors included but are not limited to scrub, polish, wax, mopping, sweeping, and extracting; following 4 Core Cleans’ protocol • Use appropriate equipment, supplies, and take proper care to use cleaning procedures for various floor and carpet maintenance • Operates wet vacuum, auto scrubber, extractor, pressure washer, high speed buffer, steam cleaner, and other equipment to properly clean and maintain floors and carpets • Work with vinyl flooring, vinyl composite tile (VCT), rubber, linoleum, ceramic flooring, and more. Requirements • Proven working experience as a Janitor with Floor Care capability •Able to pass a background check • Must possess a valid driver’s license that meet the CA vehicle code • Must have reliable transportation • Must have a reliable phone and be App savvy • Must be able to communicate well verbally, email, and text with timely responses to inquiries and feedback. Job Type: Part-time Pay: Starting at $17 per hour Experience: Janitorial: 2 Years (Required) Carpet Cleaning : 2 Years (Required Stripping Floors: 2 Years (Required) Waxing Floors: 2 Years (Required) Buffing Floors: 2 Years (Required)
