**IF YOU DON'T LIKE DRIVING OR DON'T HAVE A RELIABLE VEHICLE THIS JOB IS NOT FOR YOU** Our company has been in business nearly 20 years. We are a residential flooring installation contractor. We are looking to hire 1 person who is serious and who wants a long term position (we have employees working with our company for nearly 20 years) to drive their own reliable vehicle to residential homes on the Peninsula and South Bay and lower East Bay (Oakland, SF to San Jose) and surrounding market (30 mile radius) and measure the rooms the customer wants measured, create a drawing, take photos and input calculations into our system. We will train you. Clean Driving record and Background check will be required prior to hiring. No selling involved. Average measure takes 30 -60 minutes in home + calculations and data input into system another 30-60 minutes + drive time. All paperwork and calculations must be sent in same day as completed measure. Once you are trained, job is very nice. No need to come into our office, travel from your home directly to customers homes and meet new people, ability to have some weekly flexibility on your schedule, direct deposit weekly pay. W4 Pay is $60 per measure depending upon location/job details (+ additional pay for travel for distant measures or large complicated measures - will discuss details) + Bonus $25 per measure for any measure you complete that turn into a sold job (incentive for you to take your time and answer customers questions, etc.) + Bridge tolls reimbursed *Average weekly pay ranges from $900-$1200 (variable depending upon volume) *Average closing rate for measured jobs is 35% (average 35% of completed measures = additional bonus $) *Average 15-20 measures per week *Customer info already in our system (you need to check system daily for new measures) Note: You must reply with comments in the color PURPLE to show that you have read this far and are interested.
