Cummings Moving Co seeking EXPERIENCED Drivers/Movers. Cummings Moving Co is a very well established moving company, in business since 1969. We are Women, Minority, & Veteran owned. Previous and current movers, warehouse workers, and general laborers...if you are looking for a change, this is an excellent job to consider. Qualifications 1-2 years manual labor experience - warehouse or light industrial work - required Moving experience preferred Clean DMV & a valid CA driver's license. Class A, B or C license. Need endurance and strength Need to be able to comfortably lift up to 75 lbs. Must be fluent in English & have good communication & customer service skills. Clean & professional in appearance Will need to work Saturdays and some holidays Must be able to pass a drug test Need to have a good work history Duties Lift & move up to 100 lbs Drive up to a 26' moving van locally and within California Supervise crew daily Properly prepare and move furniture Complete paperwork, including weigh bills & inverntories Interface with customers all day and be able to explain paperwork/contracts, valuation coverage, and billing If you fit the bill, we would like to meet you.
