Join a fast paced real estate development company currently seeking a driven Full-Time Multi Trades Professional/Handyman that works closely with the owner to assist and facilitate a variety of construction and general carpentry needs for current and upcoming projects. Hours are Monday through Friday 7am-4pm The ideal candidate is detail oriented, punctual, hardworking with a professional demeanor and understands the importance of meeting tight timelines. Responsibilities (include but not limited to): General carpentry on projects as instructed Jobsite demo and clean up Prep and Paint Minor plumbing and electrical Miscellaneous construction projects Requirements: Able to take direction well and complete tasks independently General carpentry and/or construction experience Able to lift 75lbs or more Valid DL Must speak English and be authorized to work in the US. Must have basic tools with reliable Truck, Van or SUV Compensation starts at $30 per hour. All qualified applicants are encouraged to apply.
