OurFulfillment Specialists are responsible for the creation of all of our branded testing kit materials (boxes, collection packaging, etc) and ensuring that these important packages make it from our location to our client's location in the most efficient way possible. Responsibilities: ●Create a high volume of shipping materials ●Print out Return labels/sample Kits ID for Gut testing kits ●Setting pick up appointments with a variety of shipping partners (DHL, FedEx, USPS) Qualities: ●Detail-oriented and organized, keen on processes ●Willing to get hands dirty and has a no-task-too-small approach ●Ability to stay on task ●Ability to identify suggestions to improve the process Requirements ●Demonstrated ability to pick up new process and systems (we use systems like Shopify and Shippo) ●Demonstrated ability to follow instructions ●Previous experience with shipping materials is a plus! ●Ability to lift 50 lbs and carry across warehouse multiple times in a shift ●Ability to sit 50% of the shift and ability to stand/walk/carry 50% of the shift ●Ability to work 40 hours in a week (this is a non-exempt role and eligible for overtime once pre-approved and the shift will be determined by hours needed) ●Eligible to work in the US ●Over 18 years of age and completion of high school diploma or GED Quotas for this position: Create Gut testing kits (Daily): ●Outer (Outside box) : 250 ●Collection (Red Box) : 450 ●Inner collection: 450 ●Sender Box (Orange) : 450 ●Make Tube Buffers 250 ●Complete Gut testing Kit Per Day: 200Take on Special tasks / team projects as needed Hourly Rate: $17.00/hour (eligible for overtime-if pre-approved by manager) Full-time non-exempt hires eligible for benefits (medical, dental, vision).
