Rehoming small ranch goldfish with issues

I have a ranchu goldfish that I raised as a fry and has declined in health. It is relatively small (probably the runt) and has issues swimming. Lately, he has started turning to the side while laying at the bottom. I have a healthy, established tank with other goldfish and do not have the time or space unfortunately to separate and treat. I’m hoping to find someone experienced and that will give him the care he deserves to get better. It seems like his swim bladder no longer holds air as he cannot float at all and sinks.
