MIRANDA WATSON is a Brooklyn-based clothing brand dedicated to functionality, sustainability and diversity. We pride ourselves on using repurposed and recycled materials in our pieces whenever possible. Our brand employs upscale and unique approaches to the design of pockets and other functional aspects of clothing. We represent clean, minimal design with purposeful details, resulting in beautiful pieces for the everyday human. MIRANDA WATSON has been featured in Vogue, British Vogue and showcased at Vancouver Fashion Week for Autumn/Winter 2018. This weekend she is launching her brand new adorable Napkin Tops! Aly Reinert is the founder of Untrend: One of a kind UPCYCLED vintage denim and custom chainstitch embroidery. Located at the heart of The Canvas Bowery store. All custom embroidery is done on a vintage 1932 Singer hand cranked chainstitch embroidery machine.This type of embroidery is hand cranked, no computers involved! This process is time consuming and tedious, but it is truly a labor of love. The result is an incredible work of art that is 100% unique and unlike anything that can be mass produced.
