On Feb. 2, I crashed hard on the Great Highway when a skateboarder named Justin lost control over his skateboard which flew directly into my bike wheels. Justin soon made a run for it, leaving me with considerable injuries & without his last name. Hoping that someone may have seen the accident or know more. Thank you!
