Hello, My indoor chihuahua got out of the yard and left her collar on the way. She is very small, can stand on my hand. All black. Few white hairs on her face. If you or someone you know finds her, please reach out. (Please don't give me the whole speech, I'm well aware of the situation and how it's my fault. I miss my dog, have a heart) Thank you
