Full Time Summer Camp Staff Needed

Do you love working with kids? We are looking for 3 full time and 3 part time summer camp staff who have experience working with children, are responsible and have good social skills. Dates are June 17th through August 27th and the full time hours are: Mondays-Fridays 10:30am-6:30pm. We run a fun summer camp for children 5-12 with activities organized around a different theme every week. Work for a great organization! Green Lake School Age Care Program (GLSA) is a state licensed, nonprofit social and emotional learning based child care program dedicated to creating meaningful relationships with children and working together with families to help raise caring, socially aware, happy and emotionally intelligent young people. Job duties: Staff help maintain a safe environment, maintain our activity schedule, help children with any interpersonal conflicts and share the job of facilitating camp activities with one other team member for 15 elementary school aged children. This position has the potential to continue as a part time or full time job for the 2021-2022 school year. *The program is following the Dept of Health guidelines for child cares during Covid-19. Job requirements: Staff are required to pass a back ground check, be CPR/1st Aid certified or complete upon hiring and provide documentation of a negative TB test which can be done once hired. Our organization reimburses for all training costs and job requirements. Staff must be willing to wear a mask and children will also be wearing masks.
