Steady air is a local family owned hvac company that is growing at a very fast rate. Right now we are hiring entry level installers with no experience necessary. This is a chance for you to get into a major trade, start a career, above minimum wage, and with no past experience. Usually these positions want 2+ years, but we want to train you from the ground up and give you a chance to get your foot in the door of a skilled trade. Job requirements Need to be able to lift up to 50lbs Need to be reliable about showing up on time and working until the job is done Need to be the kind of person who gets stuff done instead of standing around with hands in pockets Need to be able to use basic tools Having your own tools (drill, impactor, hammer, etc) is a plus We are growing very rapidly and if you show effort and learn fast, you will move up very quickly. You're here to make money and we get that. The more we get done, the more money you can make.
