We currently have 3 openings for a Seasonal Maintenance work in the Water Department starting in May/June. The duration is approximately 3 months, 40 hours a week. We are looking for team players, who can also take initiative and work effectively alone. Our seasonal employees will provide assistance in landscaping, grounds keeping, painting of fire hydrants, striping of meter locations, meter box maintenance and replacement, and general maintenance of District Facilities. This is a temporary full-time position, Monday – Friday; 7:30 am – 4:00 pm. Work performed is primarily outdoors in varying weather conditions. If you meet the following criteria:  High school diploma or GED  Valid Washington State Driver’s License in good standing  Operate outdoor equipment such as lawnmower, blowers, weed eaters, and manual landscaping tools to include hand saw, pruners, rakes, and shovels to be used safely and effectively  Ability to work with customers and communicate courteously and effectively  Ability to follow directions  Ability to work with minimal supervision  Adherence to District Policies and procedures Specific Applying and Interview Instructions: Apply online at Employment-62.
