Entry level construction laborer/assistant with good driving record.

Description

We are looking for a highly responsible, hard working person with a great attitude. This position is to assist the builder for various needs on and off the construction site. This includes materials expediting, demo, job clean-up, landscaping, carpenters assistant and construction related labor tasks. You will have the opportunity to build skills as you work directly with our tile installers, masons, carpenters etc. This includes work on everything from property maintenance and tenant improvements to high end ground up residential. The job duties will be varied, so adaptability is a must. Requirements: Be at least 18 years old. Have a current drivers license with a clean record. Be able to pass a background check. Comfortable driving company vehicles to pick up and deliver materials or dispose of construction debris. Able to safely use, or learn to use construction tools. Able to repeatedly and safely lift heavy items sometimes while navigating stairs and ladders. Great communication skills including being available and responsive by cell phone. Construction experience a plus, but aptitude and desire to learn is mandatory.
