PENINSULA SERVICES is seeking skilled and reliable Seasonal Grounds Maintenance Workers. Where: Naval Base Kitsap, all locations Type: Full Time Hourly, Non-Exempt, Temporary Wage: $17.37/hour + $4.22/hour H&W benefit Benefits: Paid vacation and sick leave Work Schedule: Day Shift, 7:30-3:30 Monday-Friday, Seasonal Closing Date: Open until filled but HIRING NOW! Typical duties include but are not limited to:  Mowing grass  Trimming and edging, weeding, pruning, and raking  Collecting garbage, light janitorial duties  Exposure to all kinds of weather, loud noises, and occasionally toxic/caustic chemicals  Request job description for complete job duties and physical requirements. Qualifications:  Experience in grounds maintenance, preferably commercial  Experience operating heavy machinery, especially tractors, preferred Basic Requirements:  Must pass agency and federal background checks, drug screen, and confirmation that you are authorized to work in the US  Valid State Driver’s license and clean driving record required, with the ability to qualify for and maintain coverage by our insurance company.
