This week we are serving up our favorite Vietnamese food to go style at the temple! THIS WEEK'S MENU: Option 1: (vegetarian) - Vietnamese Style Fried Rice (rice, onion, garlic, peas, carrots, eggs, vegetarian seasoning) - Purple Cabbage Salad (purple cabbage, carrots, cranberries, ginger, sesame oil, garlic, honey, vinegar, salt) - Vegetable Chop Suey (mixed vegetables, vegetable seasoning, garlic, onion, ginger, olive oil) Option 2: (vegan) - Vietnamese Style Fried Rice (rice, onion, garlic, peas, carrots, mushrooms, vegetarian seasoning) - Purple Cabbage Salad (purple cabbage, carrots, cranberries, ginger, sesame oil, garlic, honey, vinegar) - Vegetable Chop Suey (mixed vegetables, vegetable seasoning, garlic, onion, ginger, olive oil) SOLD SEPARATELY: - Side of Purple Cabbage Salad - Vietnamese Style Sandwiches *prepared vegan or vegetarian* (6in sandwich with crusty bread, mayonnaise, soy sauce, tofu, lemongrass, carrots, daikon, cilantro, cucumbers, garlic) - 3 Eggrolls with Sauce - 6 Eggrolls with Sauce DESSERTS: - Vegan Ice Cream Options : Mango or Rose and Cardamom - Non Vegan Ice Cream Options: Green Tea Matcha, Mango or Rose and Cardamom - Sesame Seed Sri Lankan Pancake filled with Sweet Coconut Stuffing - Mini Flan Orders must be placed by 9:30AM on April 3rd. All lunches are served to go style and can be picked up at the rear entrance of the temple between 11:30AM and12:30PM.
