Home Caretaker & Housekeeper in Miami Beach We need a Home Caretaker and Housekeeper for our private residence and tenant move-in cleaning and regular corporate apartment rental housekeeping. Work ainclude: - Turnover cleanings - Touch up housekeeping - Meet & Greet new tenants - Tentant customer relationship - Quality control & Customer Service - Home upkeep and light maintenance if possible You will need to have prior house cleaning experience and speak English fluently (preferable if you have worked in hotel/hospitality) and If you do good work this can be a consistent gig or lead to full time work. We pay: $120 per day (8 hours or for days) (for half days, 4 hours of less we pay $20 per hour) You will need to have your live less than 10 minutes from Miami Beach for this to be efficient (Midtown, Design District, Biscayne, North Miami Beach is ok distance, just not further out). So you never have to wait to get paid, we pay you at the end of each workday, same day with Cash App, Zelle, Venmo or PayPal. After we have build up a relationship we pay you each week.
