3 year old female russian tortoise

Testing the waters because even though I don't necessarily have to part with her, I recently brought in a dog and it's a lot off effort splitting time between them. Would prefer someone that has good experience with tortoises. This is Shelly, I believe she is 3 years old. Got her a little over a year ago from a reptile store. She isn't a chill tortoise, always digging or outside she will walk in one direction and never stop. Kind of picky on food, only recently has she decided to try the flower end of a dandelion. And hates water, won't touch her water bowl and looks miserable in bath time. These weird personality traits is why I'd prefer an experienced tortoise keeper. Adoption fee is $100, would come with supplies if needed, have various things like 2 dome lamps, MVB, heat bulb, UVB bulb, a hide log, water dish, an assortment of rocks or even the whole tortoise table if desired. Let me know the kind of setup you have for her if interested. Thank you.
