Come join us for this unique pop-up event. Shop local businesses that support wellness. Join Shefali Sedey, a fitness instructor (@greenfitnice), for a full body cardio session. Learn from experts on how to jump start your health this spring. The pop-up is a FREE event. Come and shop, mingle and support! The fitness class will be located in the back room and will start at promptly 11:30am. Please arrive 5 minutes early to sign a waiver. There is limited space, so make sure to sign up! Don't forget your mat and water bottle. There will be a fee of $10 to attend Shefali's class. All attendees for the class will receive a SWAG BAG!
