Looking for laborers Sweetwater Homes, Inc. is a family owned & operated company seeking to add carpenters and laborers with experience in exterior repair/installation to our team. Preferred Skills & Traits: - Good people skills - Good work history - Honesty, character, and integrity - Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and follow through with instructions - Ability to lift over 50 lbs on a regular basis, climb step and house ladders, and work overhead - Thorough comprehension of safe work practices - Drive/travel throughout the middle and lowers Florida Keys region. - Typical work day is an hour day between the hours of 7-5:30 M-T; however, longer shifts may be required depending on the project, weather, and location of the job. Weekend end work is a possibility - Compensation is hourly and is dependent on work experience. - Candidates must provide their own basic hand tools.
