The 500 (fitness) Club name comes from the commitment to create targeted workouts that aim to burn 500 Calories in an hour or less.
Our classes will be inclusive to all fitness levels.
Each exercise will have modifications to lower impact/ intensity to bridge feasibility across all fitness levels.
