TEWKSBURY, MA — Tewksbury police arrested two men and charged them with fentanyl possession Monday, the department said. The arrests followed a Highwood Drive investigation, the police said. Patrick Dooley, 35 of New Ipswich, New Hampshire was charged with fentanyl possession. Roberto Tejada-Polanca, 39 of Lawrence, was charged with possession with the intent to distribute fentanyl. Both men were due to be arraigned at Lowell District Court Tuesday. All people are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
