Job Description We are looking for someone flexible enough to start at 1-3 days a week and provide route coverage assistance as needed. Schedule: Casual 1-3 days a week; On- Call/As needed M-F (On-Call Hours are Flexible) General Summary: Ensures job proceeds in an effective, professional, and safe manner, meeting company production requirements. Duties and Responsibilities: Sets up truck daily with all supplies and equipment needed to complete day’s work and maintains equipment in good operating condition Ensure quality work is being performed in a safe and efficient manner within established time frames Ensure all equipment is maintained properly Interfaces with client when necessary with good etiquette Completes, processes and communicates all work authorizations and time cards within required time frame Initiates and completes all required paperwork within established time frame Manages assigned projects effectively and efficiently Basic responsibilities include but not limited to: Debris removal – skimming and vacuuming of pool/spa/fountains Brush hard surfaces within pool/spa/fountains Testing water chemistry and balancing chemical levels Cleaning Filters (Cartridge and DE) Basic equipment programming and repairs Performs other incidental and related duties as required. Ensure each property is left as you fount it (no debris left, all gates closed and locked etc.) Represent the company in a professional manner. Always respect the customer and their property. Schedule: Casual 1-3 days a week; On- Call/As needed M-F (On-Call Hours are Flexible) Educational Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent Required Certification/Licensure: Valid driver’s license. Preferred: 1 year minimum pool cleaning experience. Special Skills Required: Ability to complete, process and communicate necessary paperwork and reports; good team building and organizational skills. Physical Demands: Must be able to lift/carry materials up to 50lbs, move about the work site, communicate efficiently and effectively on the telephone or in person, and complete required paperwork. Exposed to dust, pollen, chemicals, cold and heat in an external environment. Requires extended periods of walking, standing, kneeling, bending and lifting, up to 100% of a workday. Working Conditions: External environment with all weather and terrain exposure. Position Interacts With: Company staff, clients, and vendors.
