We provide management, infrastructure, materials and labor to several privately owned, legally compliant cannabis cultivation operations, currently between Willits and Covelo. Currently looking to hire several entry level farm technicians. We offer year round employment, significant opportunities for overtime throughout the growing season and the capacity for employees to advance as we continue to grow. Applicants should be over 21 years of age, with no criminal history. Duties and Responsibilities: -Daily plant care, as directed by supervisor -Assist with infrastructure expansion and maintenance projects -Opening and closing light deprivation tarp systems, as directed by supervisor -Harvesting plants and ensuring proper plant matter disposal -Communicating any observed issues adequately and immediately to a supervisor -Working diligently to optimally support farm needs Prior cultivation experience is not necessary. All training and education is provided prior to farm placement.
