Hiring full-time cannabis processors for our CA licensed facility located within the City of Willits. Join our constantly growing, established, legally compliant, privately-owned cannabis production management company. We proactively maintain a safe and sanitary workplace, in coordination with evolving local/state/national mandates and best practices regarding COVID19. Ideal candidates are hard-working, punctual, and work efficiently alone and as part of the team. All employees are expected to help maintain our respectful, healthy and drama free work environment. We currently operate this facility on a fixed schedule. Monday through Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm, with 1/2 hour unpaid lunch and two (ten minute) paid breaks per work day. Our break room has a refrigerator, air hockey table and pinball machines. Duties and Responsibilities: -Buck and/or trim flower product per Standard Operating Procedures and instructions from Processing Manager -Maintain positive & enthusiastic attitude about performing repetitive tasks for extended periods of time -Maintain measurable productivity to support production & packaging goals, without constant direct supervision -Exhibit flexibility regarding changes to requested specifications or procedures -Accurately, consistently and legibly label work material as requested -Assist team and/or supervisor as requested by Processing Manager -Clean and/or sanitize work area, utensils, equipment and break room -Communicate questions/concerns/issues/relevant feedback to Processing Manager in a timely & professional manner Prior cannabis processing experience is preferred but not required. Necessary training will be provided to ensure new employees can perform assigned work according to various customer needs. Employees must be 21 years of age or older, have the ability to consistently sit or stand and perform repetitive hand motion. Employees may also be required to occasionally kneel or bend and lift up to 50 lbs as needed. Base compensation $16/hr. Consistent opportunity for additional performance-based bonus pay.
