Wanted: Established handyman, small crew, or small company that we can utilize on an ongoing, as-needed basis for our residential real estate company. You MUST have references and photos of your work. We'd ideally like to see some kind of online presence: Facebook, Instagram, Google search for name or company with reviews, etc We pay $25-$35/hour per person, on average, and ideally like to convert to flat fees Note: If you are a larger outfit, with additional overhead, other than liability insurance, we can discuss a different pricing structure, if we think you're a match for us. For smaller projects, but longer than just an hour or two quick fix trip: Half day rates average $120 per person Full dates rates average $240 per person second helpers are paid less. If you have your electrical license, we pay more If you have your plumber's license, we pay more The handyman we've used for years has become unavailable so we are looking to find a reputable person or crew to take his place. You MUST have enough experience to be able to provide excellent estimated deliverable time tables and you must be tech savvy enough to take photos and text or send them via email or upload to website for work confirmation. We have an immediate need on 3 different house projects. Some of the things we need done ASAP: House 1 change out fans hang mirrors remove old vanity & install new install new light switches and plugs and cover plates change out lightbulbs in high foyer ceiling light hang towel holders demo and install new kitchen tile backsplash remove small pile of trash in garage measure for blinds and install when they come in House 2 install 3 bathroom tile to wood floor thresholds finish base trim project drywall fixes in multiple locations paint touch ups kitchen island build and install large mirror hanging move out two large sofas to the curb install closet (like California Closets, but on a budget.) in multiple rooms House 3 wood floor install drywall project plumbing project (requires license) kitchen cabinet install tub install tile install vanity install tile floor install punch list type items
