NORTH ANDOVER, MA — Pam Pietrowski has been elected to the North Andover School Committee and Janice Phillips to the Select Board, according to the unofficial results. Incumbent School Committee member Andrew McDevitt and incumbent Selectman Richard Vaillancourt were re-elected. The 2021 ballot saw five candidates competing for two seats on the School Committee and three running for two seats on the Select Board.
