Description
DANVERS, MA — Those traveling on Route 95 from the Danvers/Peabody stretch north to the New Hampshire border can expect temporary daytime lane closures starting Monday.
The closures both northbound and southbound are part of a project to repair and replace highway guardrails and preserve pavement. The $29.4 million project is expected to be completed in summer 2024.
Closures are planned from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
The state Department of Transporation said three lanes of travel will remain open at all times and that traffic could be affected.
Signs, traffic control devices, temporary detour signs and message boards will be used to inform drivers of the work zones.
