As we are expecting a number of visitors during Easter Week, we are asking that individuals please sign up to join us for service. This registration form is only for those who plan to join us on site. Please include all individual family members in your count for registration. Upon attendance please observe the following 1. Wear a Mask 2. Prepare for a Temperature Check. 3. To be seated by an usher. We intend for families to be able to sit together while still being socially distant from other families.
