S.C.U.B.A. Diver Wanted for Boat Cleaning Established in 1999, we are a yacht service company specializing in boat bottom cleaning by diver. We have earned the best customers in the best marinas in the Venice-Nokomis area. We are relationship oriented with our customers and our help and believe in living by integrity therefore our payouts to our help are better than most in this field. In fact we offer a $50 bonus to any of our help that brings a customer to us that results in monthly service. THE JOB: FT/PT help needed with underwater boat cleaning and marina floating docks and ladders. Training provided. YOU MUST BE: * Hungry and willing to work at least 3 days a week (you choose your hours, no weekends). * Healthy and physically able to work. * Dependable and trustworthy. * Non-smoker and drug free. * Already a certified diver with at least basic certification. * Currently living within 25 miles of the 34285 Venice zip code. AND HAVE: * Valid FL DL with reliable transportation to get your equipment to/from the marinas. * At least basic dive gear (mask, fins, snorkel, weightbelt, wetsuit). * Good communication skills. We will respond ONLY to applicants that already have at least basic certification and ONLY to local residents and CURRENTLY living within 25 miles of the 34285 Venice zip code. COMPENSATION DETAILS: 1099-Misc contract as an independent contractor meaning you work at your own risk and pay your own expenses although we help with many of those expenses (including tank air fills). Payouts are structured for you to earn up to $30 per hour (or more) if your work is complete and done in the appropriate time frame for each boat. BONUS: We can offer a proven and affordable self-pay health care plan even if you are working part-time.
