Role Includes: A Handyman performs a range of maintenance duties for homeowners and businesses, either as a contract worker or member of the maintenance department. Their duties include fixing plumbing systems, providing repair guidance, cleaning and remodeling community spaces, and performing repair assessments. This is an apprentice learning position.  Requirements: Valid Drivers License Less than 1 Minor driving infraction and 0 Serious Driving Infractions in the last 2 years Ability to pass a drug test Excellent Attitude
