STAMFORD, CT — A Stamford resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket this week in Norwalk, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On Monday, Kevin Sala of Stamford won $10,000 playing a "KENO" game. The winning ticket was purchased from Crossroads Card And Gift in Norwalk.
