GLEN BURNIE, MD — A Glen Burnie resident has been arrested and faces charged after Anne Arundel County police officers stopped the vehicle driven by 23-year-old Chynna Sharmila Hunter March 25 shortly before 10 p.m. The traffic stop was conducted in the area of Crain Highway and Crainmont Drive for a vehicle equipment violation. While speaking with the driver, officers decided to search the blue Jeep Compass. That's when they found a loaded Taurus G2C 9mm handgun in the front passenger seat area and 70 capsules of suspected heroin/fentanyl in the possession of passenger Purnell Samuel Summerville, 33, of Baltimore.
