ORANGE, CT — A 162,036-square-foot warehouse building 181 Marsh Hill Road in Orange recently was sold for $16.05 million, writes the New Haven Register. The building, which currently houses Restaurant Depot and Bunzl, rests on about 15 acres and was built in 1992. The buyer reportedly was an undisclosed Westchester County, New York-based company. Patch reached out to HK Group, the Westport-based commercial real estate company that brokered the sale, but did not immediately receive a reply. Read the New Haven Register story.
