Soft Sweet Rabbit Needs A Good Home

1 1/2 year old fixed male rabbit. Fondue is slightly overweight but has been getting exercise and healthy food. He needs a good amount of room and needs to be the only rabbit of the house. Fondue is litter box trained as well. He is more nervous but never bites and not aggressive towards humans. I got him as a friend for my other rabbit but they do not seem able to be bonded and fight constantly. I am worried for both their health. 30 dollars rehoming fee, please let me know you setup, I am very worried about him.
