Looking for Labor to install privacy fence

Looking for someone to install and build a privacy fence in my yard approximately 24 ft long by 9ft high. Only horizontal boards will be needed above existing block wall approx 3ft. I have all the materials and spike posts that need to be driven into the ground. No concrete or digging needed. Need to have saws tools etc. to build what is shown. photo is example of what I need built. Bid a price.. Tatum and thunderbird
