Job Title: RV Community Manager, Part Time $18 Hour Location: Hemet, CA Schedule: Monday to Friday, Part Time (8am to noon) Job Description The Community Manager is responsible for day-to-day operations, and has the ability to run a professional and organized operation. Job Duties Including but not limited to: handling accounts receivable and payable. Maintaining resident records/reports, handling Resident relations.Keeping maintenance records, and fostering good resident relations.Enforcing the Community Rules and Regulations and resident homesite maintenance. Requirements of This Position Prior experience in Property Management industry or HOA REQUIRED!Proficiency in MS Office Suite, knowledge of Rent Manager software is a plusBi Lingual Spanish a plusReliable transportation and a clean DMV record.
