All levels class including HIIT, stretching, weight training, and rest. Donations go to a 501c3 organizations in Henry County. ISY is committed to offering yoga and wellness to all who seek it. Yoga is a holistic practice for everyone. Our community class is meant to unite and empower you. Give only what you can for this class (cash, checks, or send via Venmo to IndigoSoulYoga). All donations go to a 501c3 organization in Henry County. If you are unable to donate attend anyway. Do not let finances be a reason not to practice yoga. Come and connect with the community. This is an all levels class. Students are required to bring all props (mat, weights, towel) that he or she needs to practice.
