Three Rivers Land Management is hiring landscape laborers effective immediately. No experience necessary, we will train the right individual. Experience with Landscaping/Hardscape a plus. The Landscaping Laborer will be responsible for and need to possess the following skills: -Strong communication and listening skills -Able to follow lead & processes and communicate when help is needed or a change occurs -Strong work ethic and drive to get the job done in a timely manner to move to the next project -Customer Service skills if/when interacting with clients -Attention to detail for each property - thinking outside the box of just cutting the grass. Assessing if other items may need to be addressed In winter months, this position will help with the snow removal, should you be interested. Requirements: -Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record -Must be able to pass a background check Compensation: -Hourly rate is based on experience.
