The speakers will include: Keynote 1 - Building A Culture That Motivates - Clint Crowe ⁃ Clint Crowe is a business owner, venture capitalist, and a co founder with Jonathan at HSTL UP. Clint, started his first seven digit business at 18 years old and has learned many managerial strategies and business processes in his 9 years since then. Clint has built a strong culture in not one, but all of the companies he works in and has employees that don’t just work with him, but work together, play together, and get paid together. At Clint’s current company, StormRoof Systems, they are experiencing 100% YoY growth. Clint is obsessesed with company culture, the process of Kaizen, and launching scalable business systems. Mutliple times a year Clint takes his team to celebrate milestones and achieved sales goals. Keynote 2 - Making Multiple Multi-Million Dollar Companies Before 30 - Zach Zellner ⁃ Zach Zelner is a leader in the world of startups and entrepreneurship. His pursuits have involved industries ranging from tech to cannabis. In 2012, Zach launched a cookie delivery operation out of his college apartment and subsequently scaled it to 3 brick-and-mortar locations with over 100 drivers. Zach then started DocMJ, a physician’s practice offering medical cannabis cards to qualified patients in Florida. This business expanded to 15 clinics around the state before being acquired. In 2017, Zach started PupSocks, an e-commerce company producing custom socks with customer-submitted pet photos. PupSocks quickly scaled to $8M revenue in 30 days and became one of the fastest-growing e-commerce stores ever. Most recently, Zach raised $1.4M in a round of seed funding to start PawPlex, an ultra-premium pet supplement. He is a pilot, lives in Atlanta, and is passionate about basketball, aviation, and reducing recidivism and incarceration in the penal system.
