Job Summary: Be the customer facing right hand to our Parts and Service Department Managers. Opportunity to grow within such departments after proven ability Monday- Friday 9AM-6PM with rotating Saturdays 8:30AM-3PM (off day during week) *min 30 min lunch Parts inventory management: help with checking in parts, adding them into business inventory system, stocking parts shelves, and making a conscious effort to be aware of parts inventory levels Interact with all customers and staff with a positive attitude and smile Over-the-counter part sales, helping the customers with regards to their specific needs, wants, and requests. Problem-solving what specific part/accessory they want or need Responsible for creating and maintaining a pleasant and professional buying environment for the customer throughout the entire sales process Be familiar with and follow all dealership sales and parts processes/policies Follow up with sold/'parts are in' customers in a timely manner Keep work space and parts counter neat and orderly Passion to grow and prospect the over-the-counter parts business Back-up assistance to Parts manager in helping with parts ordering for Service Department Support the Service Manager (filling RO with pulling powersport and marine parts for the technicians, stocking and ordering parts needed to complete RO). Job Requirements: Must have minimum of high school diploma required. Must have minimum of 2 years of knowledge/equivalent experience with powersport AND marine product/parts/mechanics.
