Description
CONCORD, NH — While firefighters and police were busy with power lines getting knocked on Monday, branches and sticks, as well power outages, they also had a crash and car fire to deal with, too.
At around 3:45 p.m., Concord fire and rescue teams, as well as police, were sent to the Gully Hill Shell station for the report of a car fire. When they arrived a few minutes later, they found an Audi SUV with its engine on fire about 10 feet from the gas station car wash.
Firefighters quickly knocked down the fire.
Concord police reported there was no damage to the car wash and they cleared while firefighters finished putting out the SUV fire.
About 30 minutes before, Bow police and fire and rescue teams were sent to Bow Bog Road for a crash.
A Subaru Outback crashed into a utility pole. The vehicle's airbags were deployed during the crash.
